Priprema:
Ukoliko koristite smrznutu mešavinu povrća, skuvajte je kratko u posoljenoj vodi, bukvalno 5-6 minuta je potrebno. Skuvano povrće sipajte kroz cediljku i istuširajte hladnom vodom pa ostavite da se ocedi i skroz ohladi.
Ako koristite sveže povrće, očistite ga i iseckajte na veličinu graška, pa ga takođe na isti način tretirajte dalje.
Jaja obarite čvrsto, ohladite i iseckajte zajedno i belance i žumance.
Šunku takođe iseckajte na sitne kockice. Kada kupujete šunku u mesari, zamolite da vam iseku šnite debljine kao za rusku salatu, biće vam lakše kasnije.
Krastavčiće sitno iseckajte.
U dublju činiju stavite sve sastojke, posolite i pobiberite pa dodajte majonez i sve lepo promešajte.
