Pasta sa šampinjonima, pečenicom i kačkavaljem
Kombinacija ukusa koju dobijate kada spojite šampinjone i kačkavalj, uz dodatak pečenice i vaših omiljenih začina, je baš ono što će ovo jelo uvrstiti u vaš stalni meni. Napravljena od samo nekoliko jednostavnih namirnica, pa uz to pripremljena za svega pola sata, oduševiće sve one koji je budu probali. Kod nas je stalno na repertoaru, naročito za večeru, kada obično sin sprema ovo svoje omiljeno jelo, i onda svi budemo zadovoljni i siti.
Potrebno je:
400 g makarona tipa penne
400 g šampinjona
200 ml pavlake za kuvanje
1 glavica crnog luka
2-3 čena belog luka
200 g pečenice ili slanine

Priprema:
Makarone skuvajte klasično u kipućoj, posoljenoj vodi. Kapnite i dve, tri kapi ulja da se makarone ne bi zalepile. Skuvane makarone ocedite od vode, ali ostavite sa strane par kašika za sos.
Dok se makarone budu kuvale, vi krenite da pripremate sos.
Crni luk iseckajte na režnjeve i stavite na malo ulja da se prži. Pred kraj dodajte i sitno iseckan beli luk. Pečenicu iseckajte na kockice pa je malo propržite zajedno sa lukom. Šampinjone očistite i iseckajte na listiće, dodajte ih u tiganj sa lukom i pečenicom , promešajte i pustite da se dinstaju dok voda koju su pustili šampinjoni ne ispari. Dodajte biber, so i vegetu, promešajte pa sipajte pavlaku za kuvanje i dodajte rendani kačkavalj i ono malo vode od kuvanih makarona. Pustite da provri, izmešajte sve lepo i sos je gotov.
U tiganj sa sosom dodajte skuvane makarone, promešajte i vaš obrok je spreman. Preko svake porcije stavite još malo rendanog kačkavalja i poslužite.
